About us

St James's Church

St James is the Church of England Parish Church of Hampton Hill, Middlesex. We are a community of Christians open to and challenged by the future, seeking to equip people for their daily lives, inspired by our worship of God, called to follow Jesus and open to his Spirit. We have a keen desire both for growth in numbers and also to make a contribution to the community, locally and nationally.

Growing our churchSt James's Mission
Our mission is to be more active as disciples of Christ in our community and in our daily working lives; to make our church a welcoming and relevant place to all people, regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, disabilities or economic circumstances; and to take seriously our responsibilities to the wider world.

The Vision for the Future
The vision for the future is of continuing development and growth; a journey of exploration and of new understanding. That vision is also to be increasingly inclusive, involving a wider group of people across the parish and welcoming others to join us.

We are a Registered Charity, number 1129286.
