The Internet for Beginners

Before you begin to get around the web, there are a few basics you should get used to. Below are a few useful sites which can help you. The're not in any particular order, just have a go! (Click on the images/pictures below) |
You will need to maximize your browser window to see more of each web page. To do this first move your mouse to the top right-hand corner of the computer screen and then click on the middle of the three little boxes. If you don't see the button, then the window is already at its maximum size.
After you have finished with a site, just move your mouse to the top right-hand corner of the computer screen again and then click on the right of the three little boxes (the one with an X). You will then return to this page. |
