The 3rd Hampton Hill Scout Group is a successful and expanding Scout Group with an excellent team of leaders, young leaders, committee members and adult helpers. Membership of the Group has increased, doubling in size over the last five years, and is 145 (January 2007 census) with links and a feed to the Hampton Explorer Unit that has a membership of 15. All Sections are open to girls. The Group comprises 2 Colonies of Beavers, 2 Packs of Cubs and a Scout Troop.

They meet in a new, large, warm, dry and well-lit headquarters behind the recreation ground in School Road Avenue, Hampton Hill.

Members of the Scout Troop join the Brownies, Guides and the St. James's congregation for the All Age Services that take place on the first Sunday of each month, carrying their flags in a colourful parade through the church. Sometimes they act as sidespersons, read lessons, say prayers, assist with Parish Breakfast and so on during the Services. They have also led the Remembrance Sunday Parade with their colour party carrying the Union flag.
